The quality of the item is amazing and it matches the description perfectly. The seller is very helpful and replies fast. Probably the best Alpaca toy you can get right now and it's a bang for your buck. The only issue is that shipping to the Balkans takes at least 10 more days from the latest date of what Etsy estimates, despite it costing almost as much as the item itself. Additionally, there is no tracking available. I reccomend ordering extra early and ordering more items if you plan on having them delivered to the Balkans.
