Together: Fluffy Mental Health Walks!

In a world where so many people are fighting their own, often invisible battles - whether with physical or psychological challenges - we want to give something special back: beautiful moments that put a smile on people's faces. With our loyal fluffy ears, the alpacas, we have already been able to bring joy to people with disabilities by taking them on hikes together. It is not for nothing that we call these loving animals "soul healers": their quiet, shy curiosity and their fluffy exterior with their heart-shaped noses and funny ears manage to convey a feeling of calm and well-being.

But why just occasionally? Why not give joy regularly and in an organized way? For us, the topic of mental health is a matter close to our hearts. That's why we want to develop this initiative further and offer regular hikes for people who urgently need a little break from everyday life.

Our plan: In the first step, we would like to find out together with you, dear alpaca owners, how often you are willing to offer such hikes, how many participants are possible and which potential partner clinics in your area could be contacted. We would of course like to support you in this - be it in contacting institutions, organizing or simply by exchanging ideas and experiences.

It's not about offering 150 free hikes a year - but a few hours of laughing together, relaxing and feeling the aura of the alpacas could make a difference for so many people. Our goal is to create a kind of index in which we bring together all interested alpaca owners. This way, institutions can easily find the right soul healer with fur in their area.
