If you fail to comply with the forum rules and legal violations arise from the content you have posted (breach of duty), you agree to indemnify us against all claims, including claims for damages, and reimburse us for the costs incurred. Additionally, you are obligated to assist us in defending against such claims and to bear the costs of appropriate legal defense.
